Privacy Policy

How we handle your documents

• We never train AI models on your contracts.
• Documents are processed in memory and deleted within 1 hour.
• We do not store, share, or sell your contract data.
• Review results are cached temporarily (1 hour) for retrieval, then automatically removed.
• You can delete your review data at any time via the API or by request.

AI providers

We use Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and DeepSeek to process contracts. All three providers do not train on API calls. Your documents are never used to improve their models.

Data storage

We use Vercel KV (Upstash Redis) for temporary caching. All data is encrypted at rest and automatically expires. We do not maintain permanent copies of any uploaded document.
